We can place our equipment on a jobsite for a few hours, or for days, weeks, or months for longer jobs. We have experience with private industry, state and municipal jobs, utilities, small projects, and everything in between. We’ve provided boom trucks to lift kids’ play structures and air conditioners, and 200+ ton mobile cranes for building and maintaining bridges. We’ve got rough terrain cranes, all-terrain cranes, and all-wheel steering cranes so we can go where the work is.

We’re adaptable. We’ve got a small and tightly-knit crew that knows how to evaluate a project and get the right equipment on the job at the time you need it. Precision jobs are what we excel at, when your safety, property, and finances are on the line.

Our mobile or taxi crane equipment spans a wide range, from hydraulic all-terrain mobile cranes of 265-ton capacity down to 14-ton boom trucks. Standard rental with trained and certified operators, riggers, and signalers is typical, but we also offer bare rental.

Remote or Difficult Access

Tough jobs are our specialty. When there’s no paved road or level ground we bring in our all-terrain cranes and rough terrain cranes. When city streets are narrow and twisted, we have all-wheel steering truck cranes or we can put two smaller boom trucks on the job. We work in San Francisco and Marin County regularly, both notorious for their steep hills and narrow streets. We’re often seen on remote hillsides, lifting power poles for electric utilities or laying gas pipe. Before you think “it can’t be done,” call us.

Certified Operators, Riggers, Signalers

All Reliable Crane & Rigging operators, riggers, and signalers are NCCCO certified, assuring greater safety and efficiency. Using our certified operators and riggers can save you time on your crane rental as well, because of increased efficiency and greater knowledge. They’ve got the training and experience to do things quickly and safely. Don’t risk your time, equipment, finances, and safety to a non-certified operator.

Equipment

  • Truck Cranes: capacities from 30 to 180 tons.
  • All-Wheel Steering Hydraulic Truck Cranes: 70- and 100-ton capacity, with jib.
  • All Terrain Cranes: to 265 ton capacity, in steep or remote terrain.
  • Rough Terrain Cranes: 18 to 55 ton capacity, for unimproved job sites.
  • Boom Trucks: 14 to 23 ton capacity. Boom Trucks are a flatbed truck with its own hydraulic crane with jib.
  • Special Attachments: personnel baskets, debris boxes, buckets, proprietary attachments.
  • Rigging trucks, with personnel, tools, and equipment to provide greater flexibility in our overall crane operations.
